It was a great spring day which meant all the clucking Melbourne Fried Chicken trucks were out and about and Hollywood and The Chick (& Co) were starving for some good golden crispy chooks
We stumbled up the Korean Fried Chicken Truck in Alma Park in St Kilda East and decided to give it a go. We ordered a serve of the fried chicken pieces which came with a spicy mayo and hot sauce, seaweed that was all resting on a bed of slaw.
The chicken pieces were all wings and drumettes. They were all juicy and fresh and the accompanying sauces added lots of flavor which helped the chicken out in the spice department. For some reason this place reminded us of Japanese style chicken (Karaage), maybe because of the seaweed?
