Hollywood’s quick visits to Sydney always lead to a visit to Mary’s. This time a sampling of their fried chicken burger was needed to see if it stands a chance against Melbourne Fried Chicken.

Mary’s burgers are a favourite of ours however their fried chicken burger was a bit too greasy/oily. This might be due to the fact that they used thigh meat. Overall the meat was freshly fried and Mary’s sauce is still to do die for however maybe changing to a breast cut could make the burger better.

On a separate note their Mary’s burger along with thick chocolate milkshake are a tasty deadly combo.
